OrdersTracker is a point-of-sale (POS) system with specialized order-taking capabilities geared towards the gastronomy sector. Once the table and menu information are configured within the system, waitstaff can efficiently take orders and transmit them directly to the kitchen or bar via the OT Kitchen module. This module displays incoming orders clearly on the screen, with new orders visually highlighted and accompanied by audio notifications to enhance responsiveness.

The platform also supports self-service ordering, allowing customers to place orders independently without assistance from staff. This is facilitated by generating a QR code for each table, which can be printed and displayed. Customers simply scan the code—no app installation is required—to access the menu and place their orders directly.

OrdersTracker is device-agnostic, requiring no specialized hardware; it can be installed and operated on any iPhone or iPad. For evaluation purposes, a complimentary registration is available through our smallest package, enabling immediate setup with your own tables and menu configurations.
